It depends. They are fairly similar, but not exactly the same. If they were written in the same month, then I would say no. If they were written thirty years apart, then I would say very likely. My own handwriting has deteriorated so badly that someone who saw my writing ten years ago would say that now I'm about 85 years old...Curious to see your solution!
Absence any source, I would initially be concerned about the differences in the last name, particularly the "F" and the "e." The solution to this one is somewhat interesting.
