It depends. They are fairly similar, but not exactly the same. If they were written in the same month, then I would say no. If they were written thirty years apart, then I would say very likely.

Absence any source, I would initially be concerned about the differences in the last name, particularly the "F" and the "e." The solution to this one is somewhat interesting.
